Check and clean up

Where practical and included, we check water flow and clean up the removed material below. Visible leaks, loose sections, or drainage concerns can be pointed out for you to follow up.

Does cleaning repair leaks or damaged gutters?

Cleaning removes debris. Gutter replacement, resealing, roof repairs, and underground drain repairs are separate from this service unless specifically agreed.

Can you clear every downspout blockage?

Accessible opening checks and agreed flow checks are part of the quoted approach. Hidden or stubborn blockages may need further assessment or a separate service; we do not promise every obstruction can be resolved during a basic cleaning.
