GET A FREE QUOTE ↗A maintained lawn takes more than a quick pass with a mower. We plan the mowing route, work around beds and obstacles, trim the areas the mower cannot reach, and finish the edges that make the property look complete.

We choose a practical cutting height and approach for your grass and the season. Overgrown lawns may need a separate first-cut cleanup or more than one visit; wet conditions can require rescheduling to avoid rutting.
Trimming, agreed edging, and blowing off hard surfaces complete the visit. Clipping collection, leaf removal, and bed work can be added to the written scope when needed.
Striping depends on grass type, height, density, sunlight, and ground condition. We aim for an even cut and a tidy finish; a photo-style stripe pattern is not guaranteed on every lawn.
Heavy growth, hidden debris, and extra cutting or collection take more time. We’ll discuss a first-cut price and ongoing maintenance separately when needed.
Tell Caleb what you want done. We’ll agree on the work areas, materials or disposal, access, and price before scheduling.
